The JC-T849-4FT-6000K-FROSTED is a 4-foot T8 LED tube designed to replace compatible fluorescent lamps in residential, commercial, retail, office, and industrial lighting applications.
Using 18 watts, this LED tube provides bright 6000K cool-daylight illumination through a frosted glass lens that helps reduce glare and distribute light more evenly.
Its Type A+B hybrid design provides flexible installation options. It may be used with a compatible fluorescent ballast in an approved Type A installation or wired directly to line voltage in a Type B ballast-bypass installation. The lamp supports compatible single-ended and double-ended wiring configurations, depending on the fixture and installation method.
The wide 120–347V operating range makes the tube suitable for many standard and commercial electrical systems.

Important: For Type A installations, confirm that the existing ballast appears on the manufacturer’s compatibility list.
