The 4-FT Power and CCT Selectable LED Linear Strip Light is a versatile commercial fixture designed to provide bright, even illumination for offices, retail spaces, workshops, warehouses, utility rooms, corridors, and compatible low-bay applications.

Three selectable wattage settings—24W, 32W, and 40W—allow the installer to adjust the power and light output based on the room size, ceiling height, and required brightness. This flexibility allows one fixture to support several lighting requirements while reducing the need to stock separate wattage models.

The fixture also includes three selectable colour temperatures:

• 3500K for a softer white appearance
• 4000K for balanced neutral white illumination
• 5000K for bright daylight-style illumination

Its wide 100–347V input range supports many commercial and institutional electrical systems. A built-in 12V sensor base allows a compatible occupancy or control sensor to be added when automatic lighting control is required.

The sensor is not included and is sold separately.

The slim 4-foot linear design provides broad, consistent illumination and is suitable for retrofit, renovation, and new-construction lighting projects.
